Emperor Scorpion

Scorpions don’t really have the best reputation in Hollywood, and that’s for good reason. The emperor scorpion is native to savannahs and rainforests in West Africa and is considered the largest scorpion
species in the world. They can live up to 8 years and have a completely black shell which allows them to easily camouflage themselves into all different kinds of surfaces. Their sting is extremely painful and could require immediate medical attention or else it might lead to a deadly infection. Surprisingly, this scorpion is very popular to keep as a pet, especially in the west.

Lions

This list would never be complete without the inclusion of the king of the jungle himself. Lions (and lionesses) are majestic creatures but they’re also extremely deadly at times. While most lion encounters with humans usually don’t end up with a casualty, if you make one wrong move that threatens a lion, you’re pretty much as good as gone. Lions kill an estimated 70 people a year in the country of Tanzania alone, when talking about all of Africa, experts estimate that around 200 people a year die from lion attacks.
