Hello, today I cook this Thin Thai Pancakes with Sausage.
You will see many Thai street vendors cook this Thin Thai Pancakes with Sausages on the street with their flat hot pan.
Today I attempt to make the same Thin Thai pancakes with Sausages with my electric pan. It was a bit difficult, since the electric pan was a bit small, but The Thin Thai Pancakes still came out pretty well with what I had.
I attempted to do two types of Thai pancakes. The first type of Thai pancake is your standard Pancake, but not as fluffy as the western Pancakes.
The second type of Pancake I made was the Thin Thai Pancake with Sausage. It's your standard Thin Thai Pancake, wrapped with a sausage in the middle with some added chives.
Having a Thai pancake wrapped around a sausage may sound a bit odd, but it's actually quite nice tasting. If you love pancakes and if you love sausages, then this is the perfect savory snack for you on the go.
