The Kedarkantha trek is one of India's toughest, most badass treks. It's all the more adventurous when done in winter, when everything is blanketed by snow.
Based on Western Garhwal in the Uttarkashi district, the Kedarkantha Trek is known for its easy winter trek suitable for everybody. The availability of snow till the end of April makes it popular. It is known for its wonderful snow-covered campsites and frozen lake Juda ka Talab. Every campsite is crafted for adventure and has something unique to offer. As you cross the 10,000 feet you will float through snow land and white-crowned Pine trees.
A 360-degree view of some of the famous mountain summits surrounds the trail, making your climb worthwhile. Summiting the Kedarkantha peak is an experience of a lifetime because of the view that you get after reaching the top.
