"Crypto Is Worthless" - Cathie Woods Responds!
The BitCoin and Cryptocurrency bears are well and truly back out again but this time its billionaire hedge fund manager John Paulson claiming that cryptocurrency is in a bubble and that its absolutely worthless.
When interviewed over on Yahoo Finance Cathie Wood, CEO of ARK Invest disputed these claims and informed viewers how BitCoin has the potential to act as a store of value and cryptocurrency and the blockchain has the potential to revolutionise the payments infrastructure which we have in place today.
So with bitcoin crashing today and the cryptocurrency market on the whole declining, who is right? Cathie Wood and the bulls or John Paulson and the bears? Let me know your thoughts down in the comments below.
Also we’ll touch on the legal adoption of BitCoin in El Salvador which took place today as El Salvador becomes the first country to legally adopt BitCoin as a means of legal tender so you can now literally pay for anything from a cup of coffee to your taxes in BitCoin. This is a fantastic story for the crypto bulls and potentially has the opportunity to provide a global feasibility study to see whether mainstream adoption of BitCoin will ever happen.
