The Dade County Library Association brings together librarians and paraprofessionals from across the county annually in the spring for a conference filled with professional development and learning. Through this day of learning, we engaged librarians and paraprofessionals in sharing the impacts of their programming, outreach, and collection efforts over the course of the previous year. Presentations may imparted new strategies in the provision of library services, introduce best practices, a practical demonstration that can be implemented for programming, and other suggestions designed to develop our skills and enhance library support.
