INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 lbs bone-in chicken thighs (thawed)
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 cup jasmine rice
2 1/2 cups hot water
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1/4 cup white wine
9 x 13 baking dish
*Bake @ 350 F for 1 hour
*uncover for the last 30 minutes of cook time
