FRIED RICE & PANEER CHILLY
Preparation Time - 15-20 minutes
cooking time - 10-20 minute

Ingredients :-
FOR FRIED RICE :-
2 cup boiled then washed rice
5-6 buds garlic
2 inches ginger
green chilly
2 tspn refined oil
2 medium onion
1 MEDIUM carrot
1 cup cabbage
1 small capsicum
salt to taste
1 tspn vinegar
1 tspn soy sauce
coriander leaves (optional)

FOR CHILLY PANEER:-

To marinate Paneer:
1 cup corn flour
1 tbspn schezwan sauce

For gravy:
5-6 buds garlic
2 inches ginger
green chilly
1 tspn refined oil
1 large onion
1 medium carrot
1 small capsicum
salt to taste
1 tspn vinegar
1 tspn soy sauce
1 tspn chilly sauce
1/2 cup leftout cornflour slurry
coriander leaves (optional)
