一是打造以“党的诞生地”为地标的红色文化旅游集群。上海是红色光荣之城,是党的诞生地和初心始发地,现有612处红色资源、200余处革命史迹、31家革命类博物馆纪念馆、65家红色旅游景区,今年中共一大·二大·四大纪念馆成功创建国家5A级景区。我们将加强红色资源保护利用,打造一批红色旅游经典景区、精品线路、研学活动,让人们感受伟大建党精神,传承红色基因,赓续红色血脉。

二是打造以“建筑可阅读”为标志的海派文化旅游集群。上海是开放包容之城,设计感、时尚潮、文艺范涌动在城市大街小巷。我们将结合城市更新,持续推进“生活秀带”“人文水岸”“艺术商圈”“城市书房”等“家门口好去处”建设,营造一批小而精美、主客共享的海派文旅休闲空间,创造“建筑可阅读”更多创意的打开方式,让市民游客通过刚上线的24小时不打烊线上统一入口,更好感受上海的文化味、时尚感和烟火气。

三是打造以水乡古镇为核心的江南文化旅游集群。上海是历史文化名城,拥有16个国家历史文化名镇名村名街、1058处优秀历史建筑、44片历史风貌保护区、8座郊野公园。我们将依托传统民居建筑、特色风貌街巷、江南古典园林和密布水系河道,打造一批江南文化活态博物馆、生活美学旅游体验区,让人们能够望得见水、触得到绿、记得住乡愁、享得到文化。

四是打造以魔力时尚为特征的国际文化旅游集群。上海是魔力之都,拥有500余家文博场馆、剧场剧院和A级景区,每年有近4万场演出、2000场展览精彩呈现,90%的世界知名品牌集聚在上海,国际顶级的节展赛会汇聚在上海。我们将聚力上海“一轴一带”文化设施空间规划,推进黄浦江游览、演艺大世界、世博文博区、东岸演艺区和西岸艺术区等建设,强化上海的全球文旅资源配置能力和旅游开放枢纽功能,让人们通过上海看世界、透过世界看上海,发现更多、体验更多。
