With brexit collapsing our supply chain, Labour have suggested that Boris Johnson appoints a minister to tackle the crisis. This is a reasonable suggestion given that ministers exist to manage policy on everything that the government do. That there is no minister in charge of dealing with the supply chain crisis is an indication that the government can't be bothered dealing with it at all.
