Christopher M. Schroeder is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor in interactive technologies and social media. Chris is the Co-founder and General Partner of Next Billion Ventures which invests in and advises growth stage tech companies in rising markets. Previously, he was the CEO of Washington Post and Newsweek Interactive; and Co-founder of HealthCentral.com. He is an investor in disruptive enterprises including Vox Media, Skift, iBotta, Zignal Labs. He is also a limited partner in leading global Venture Capital funds, and is on the investment and advisory committees of top funds in the Middle East.

Misbah Naqvi is a GP and Co-Founder at i2i Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund focusing on technology-enabled high-growth startups in Pakistan. Previously, Misbah was Head of Global Market Development at Boloro Global Limited, a US-based fintech startup where she worked extensively with the company’s partners in Pakistan, India, the Middle East and Africa. Misbah has worked at Acumen, an impact-focused venture capital fund and a pioneer in the impact investing space, both in Pakistan and the US. Misbah started her career at Citibank, where she worked in Transaction Banking and Corporate Banking, managing a portfolio of over $100 million and eventually as Public Affairs Officer for Citigroup Pakistan.
