
I have some time off and so I’m challenging myself until 31st October (Halloween) with the following:
Day 1 – 500 one-pump burpees | untimed
Day 2 – 200 Navy Seals | untimed
Day 3 – Jog and pull exercises
Repeat Days 1 – 3, taking Sunday as a rest day.
This should get me to a total of 7,000 burpees and 11,000 push-ups.
I’ll only be posting twice per week using the time-lapse feature since the workout will go for an hour or more.
Let’s see how long I last, I hope I can stick to the schedule!!
