A single-judge bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre of the Bombay High Court is hearing the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmum Dhamecha. Incidentally, the Diwali vacation for Bombay High Court begins from November 1 and will continue till November 12. The court will also remain closed on November 13 and 14 as it is a Saturday and Sunday. If Aryan Khan does not get bail on today or on Friday, he will have to stay in jail till November 15.
