Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi was speaking to ABP News during Shikhar Sammelan Punjab. He revealed that it was Rahul Gandhi who informed Channi for the first time about taking up the post of Punjab Chief Minister. Channi also said that he was never the candidate to take up the huge job.
