In this short guide see where to locate the hard to find Pleated Shoes. These shoes and variants such as Ulfric's Boots are ordinarily worn by the high muckamucks. Two pairs can be found within South Shriekwind Bastion. Take the left hand path from this entrance. This cavern is connected to North shriekwind. There's various vampires, draugr and skeletons to fight off. Keep heading to the bottom of this cave system and eventually make it to the chamber shown in the video. The small alcove features a collection of footwear. Pick amongst them and find the fur- lined boots (also pretty rare) and two pairs of the pleated shoes. The only other guaranteed pair can be picked off of Thane Bryling in the blue palace (but that's only with the perfect touch perk at level 100 Pickpocketing unless she is killed which is impossible until later in the main questline.)
