On Tuesday, attorneys for the three survivors and descendants of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre plead their case for reparations before a judge in an attempt to secure reparations.
Attorneys for the Tulsa Regional Chamber say the survivors have no standing and the court has no jurisdiction because the survivors don’t live in Tulsa county.
Damario Solomon-Simmons, Civil Rights Attorney and Founder of Justice for Greenwood spoke with Roland Martin during Wednesday's edition of #RolandMartin and detailed happened during the hearing.
