Third eye chakra balancing ; The third eye chakra, located above the point where the eyebrows meet, actually represents the sixth sense. We especially need this balancing and treatment to increase our intuition and perception abilities. In addition, defining it as the sixth chakra point in our body is another important detail. (the sixth chakra / the sixth sense)
Eyebrow massage ; The reason why I massage your eyebrows is actually to give you more relaxation and to increase the tingling sensation. Thus, you will feel much more peaceful and ready for sleep.
Reiki & Delta waves ; I will give you delta waves in this special reiki session using the triangle stone. I will do this especially for your third eye chakra. And when you go to bed, I will mix these reiki techniques with relaxing hand movements.
Spiritual energy cleansing ; In the second part of the video (34:37), I will try to clean the negative energy in your soul. For this, I will keep using reiki and delta waves therapy again.
