LIU KANG NEW LOW FIREBALL OPTIMAL! DOES MORE DMG!

i discovered this in the lab which actually does more damage than the traditional lowfireball d1 d1 combo, it works on big bodies and normal bodies [not females] if spaced right. Give it a try. a lil harder to hit than low fireball d1 d1 but so satisfying. Also, Its a good situational route u can take when trying to play that corner space.
