Roofing call about a roof leak around some pipe boots. The owner stated they could see light around it in the Attic and put some spray foam around it to help seal it. After getting there and inspecting it shingles around the pipes they are all in good shape minus some tar on some. The pipe boots are aluminum and okay except for the rubber neoprene gaskets that are cracked. There's a simple repair any DIY can do with in a few minutes, simply slipping over a new cover.
