What are we ingesting/absorbing?

If we notice how we feel when we are absorbing something, we will know if it benefits us or not.

When we watch a video, do we feel expansive or constricted?

When we say certain words, do they sound loving or dehumanizing?

When we listen to certain music, do we feel enriched or diminished?
.
When we eat certain foods, do we feel lighter or heavier?
.
I pulled “Deep Replenishment. Retreat. Rest. Be held.” from the Work Your Light Oracle Cards deck by Rebecca Campbell. So perfect as I was putting out so many fires, that I started to neglect myself. I’ve been feeling much better the past few days because I am remembering to take care of myself - with healthy foods, rest, meditation, sunlight, and time in nature.
