Somalia: The war in Ukraine has caused the price of rent, fuel, and food to increase in Somalia as its people prepare for the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.

Madagascar: Local volunteers in the town of Faux Cap stabilized 36 hectares of land from shifting sand dunes that threatened their cultural spaces infrastructure. After four years of drought, over a million people in Faux Cap remain dependent on the WFP for food.
