Jilebi is one of the famous traditional sweets. This video presents the method of making a perfect crispy jilebi. The jilebi batter must be fermented for minimum 6 hours. Pan used for making jilebis is different, that is flat based and we can't prepare jilebis in ordinary pan or kadayis. Finally, deep fried jilebis are dipped in sugar syrup.

Ingredients-
Maida-1/2 seru
Buttermilk- 1 cup(100 ml)
Sugar- 1 seru
Lemon- 1 small
Water
Honey - 1 table spoon
Oil for frying
