The same neighbors that were trespassing on our property and pouring bleach on our weeds are on the homeowners association and have been harassing us off and on for about 2 years about different things. The last time we were down in Fl both of us were very sick with covid and couldn't do any yard work although we do have a lawn service that handles the mowing and weed control. We recently received a phone call complaining about the bare areas in our yard where people walk their dogs. We don't have a problem with dogs peeing in our yard but don't complain about the bare spots! So since sod is super expensive and will just die because its the hottest part of the year in Florida I decided to fly down and paint the brown spots. This product is very impressive and works very well if there is grass to adhere to. It does not work very well on sandy areas. We highly recommend this product!
