It’s hard to count how many animals in the world have been wrongfully abandoned. Even though dogs are considered to be man’s best friend, millions of canines have to settle for the streets. The ones who have been taken in by dog shelters have a better chance of finding a loving home, but this is not a guarantee. Unfortunately, there are animals who continue to be neglected or ignored, even in shelters.
