The missile that landed in Poland yesterday was fired by Ukraine at an incoming Russian missile barrage. Poland will no longer activate Article 4 today. The UK, Germany, and Netherlands say that Russia is still to blame. Italy says it makes little difference if the blast was by Russia or not because Russia is still to blame. NATO says Russia holds sole responsibility because this wouldn’t have happened if Russia wasn’t relentlessly bombing Ukraine. The Czech parliament has declared Russia. NATO is now providing Ukraine with more sophisticated air defense systems to prevent similar accidents from happening.
