Portugal job search visa
This visa allows you to look for jobs in Portugal for Skilled workers.
1. No Job offer is required.
2. Validity - 120 days ( 4 months ), renewable for another 60 days
3. No such education or age criteria.
4. All nationalities can apply.
Step 1 - Gather Documents.
1. Passport
2. 2 Photos
3. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
4. Valid travel insurance
5. Roundtrip flight reservation
6. Proof of financial resources - 2115 euro
7. Proof of accommodation.
8. Cover letter.
9. CV.
Step 2 - Fill out Forms
1. Declaration of expression of interest for enrolment in the IEFP - https://formularios.iefp.pt/index.php/929227?lang=pt
2. National Visa application Form - National Visa application filled and duly signed by the applicant; -
3. Request for criminal record Inquiry - https://vistos.mne.gov.pt/images/schengen/formularios/aut_consulta_rc.pdf
Step 3 - Apply for Visa at vfs global.
Where to apply?
VFS Delhi/Chandigarh/Jalandhar/Kolkata/Chennai/Bangalore and Ahmedabad - Embassy of Portugal New Delhi
VFS Mumbai and VFS Pune - Consulate General of Portugal, Goa - E-Visa website.
Only residents of the states of Goa, Maharashtra, Union Territories of Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli may apply for visas at the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa.
The jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa covers the VACs in:
Mumbai and Pune.
The residents in a different Indian State should submit their request through the Embassy of Portugal in New Delhi. The jurisdiction of the Embassy of Portugal in New Delhi covers the VACs in:
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Jalandhar, Kolkata, and New Delhi.
