They're so delicious and you'll want to make them at least 3 times a week!
Ingredients and Recipe:
3 medium sized potatoes (about 420g)
Dice the potatoes
Add to a pot
600ml water
A pinch of salt
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Medium heat
Olive oil
1/2 onion (70g)
Chop the onion
Add to the frying pan
2 cloves of garlic
200g ground beef
Fry for 3-5 minutes
1/4 yellow pepper
Add to the pan
1 tomato (90g)
Dice the tomato
Fry for about 3 minutes
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Paprika
Transfer to a bowl
Drain the water from the potatoes
Move to a bowl
2tbsp unsalted butter
Mash the potatoes
Salt to taste
10g parsley
Chop the parsley
Add the parsley to the mashed potatoes
Mix well
Brush some olive oil in a baking dish
Place the mashed potato into the dish
Flatten the mashed potato
Use your fingers or a spoon to create indents in the mashed potato
100g cheddar cheese
Shed the cheese
Place some cheese in the holes
Scoop the meat filling into each hole
Place more cheese on top
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 205C/400F
Parsley (optional)
Ready to eat!
