In this episode of Third Eye, Senior Journalist and Founder The Public India, Anand Vardhan Singh talks about Farmers Movement which again gathering strength after Sanyukt Kisan Morcha organized a Mega Farmers Rally called Kisan Mahapanchayat in Muzaffarnagar. Only after a day, they again held a Mahapanchayat in Karnal of Haryana and demanded justice for farmed killed in Lathi Charge. Farmers are demanding to suspend the official who ordered the lathi charge on protesting farmers. Since the Haryana Government denied taking action against the officer, Bhartiya Kisan Union leader and the most prominent face of the farmers' movement Rakesh Tikait sat on Dharna in Karnal and resolved that they will not end it until the dead farmer does not get justice.
Anand Vardhan Singh sees the importance of the farmers' movement as people are annoyed with the Narendra Modi Government across all the sections. Now in the backdrop of the Farmers Movement other sections of the society are sympathizing with this movement and apparently, the farmers' movement has become the key to the change in power.
