In this video I take you inside a training camp for amateur table tennis players.
I have attended many of these training camps over the years and it has helped my improve my skills a lot.
This particular training camp took place in October 2021 at Plymouth table tennis club. It was organised by Craig Bryant and Stephen Gertsen with the help of Paul Whiting.
In the video I explain four big benefits of attending a training camp, including access to expert coaches, personal feedback, long-term improvement and escapism.
