With the remaining wastage of wood and mesh we plan to built a 3 partition cage which we done Step by Step and added some perfection to It.
After this we have purchased some 10 china cages. Mainly these type of cage are made by thin rods which are being welded and made as an readymade cage.
This cage will give us an advantage for whom doesn't interested in more cleaning and easy transfer of food and water to it.
This will cost 420Rs in Chennai Kolathur Market if you buy it in wholesale (min of 5).If you buy single piece it will cost around 450 per piece.It's dimensions are height-1ft widhth-1.5ft length - 1ft.
After this we are going to see about which of these 3 is our best cage.
1.Mesh Cage:-
i) Building of this cage requires only Mesh.
ii) Constructing the cages is a bit tough and fixing these doors is also bit difficult.
iii)Mesh cages are not good for us on keeping Finches, But its been a good pick for Budgies and Cocktail.
iv) We will give 50% for Mesh cage on having finches
2. China Cage:-
i) Readymade and most of the ppls use it for easy access and cleaning.
ii)In this you will be getting a pair of feeder cups a stick and an fiber plate which is used to clean the poop.
iii)As it's made of thin lengthy rod welded in it, Finches chicks will have very tiny and sensitive legs which may break because it can't hold an correct position in it.
iv)Adult Finches will manage these. Overall it's an good cage for pairing and breeding the Finches and We'll give 70% to it.
3) Wooden Cage:-
i) Last but not Least, Wooden cages are always the best but we need to spend some time on cleaning the trays and maintaining from watery places.
ii) Wooden cages will have both wood and mesh with small squares, So Finches can able to get some grip and in the bottom we'll have some tray where the chicks can hold better
iii) This cage will be more spacious than the previous cage.
iv)Pairing and Breeding are also looks bit easy with these type of cage and for free flying and colony type also we had a good result.
So, We are giving 90% for it
This is only based on our Finches health-wise and breeding-wise benefits on the above cages.
